POLMANTEER, Sharon June – Age 79, of Grand Blanc, died peacefully on Monday, December 4, 2023, at Ascension Genesys Hospital, Grand Blanc. In Lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County. Sharon was born June 9, 1944, in Flint, Michigan. The daughter of James and Edwina (Green) Lakey. She married Richard Lee Polmanteer on March 18, 1967, in Swartz Creek, MI.
She enjoyed Bingo, going to the casino and spending time with her family.
Surviving are daughter Pam Lopez of Grand Blanc; son, David (Tiffany) Polmanteer of Grand Blanc; 4 grandchildren, Logan and Zackary Lopez and Jayson and Isabella Polmanteer; sister, Patricia Williams, 3 brothers, Lester (Cindy) Lakey, Robert (Sandra) Lakey and Richard (Sonia) Lakey.
She was preceded in death by her parents James and Edwina, her husband Richard, sister Bonnie Jean and best friend Dori Garcia.
