QUINNEY, Anthony II – of Burton, MI, age 44, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 AM Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5199 Richfield Road, Flint, MI 48506; Rev. Fr. Roy Horning celebrant. Interment immediately following the Mass in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 4-7 PM Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423 and 10-11 AM Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Tony was born in Flint, MI on October 21, 1978, son of Donna (Royer) McCain and the late Anthony Quinney. He was a graduate of Bentley High School Class of 1996, with Honors. Tony attended the University of Michigan-Flint. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Tony enjoyed bowling, fishing, music, sports, especially basketball and football, and he was a Black Belt in Karate.
Tony is survived by his mother, Donna McCain; biological son, Ethan; step-father, Terry McCain; step-sister, Amy; step-brother, Matt McCain; best friend, Josh Mabry; many other loving family members and good friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Quinney.
