TIPPETT, Thomas “The Pool Guy” - Of Burton, age 63, died Thursday, March 24, 2022 at his residence.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Flushing Moose Lodge #1437, 7044 Elms Road, Flushing, 48433,
Pastor Rick Marcus officiating.
Cremation has taken place.
Those desiring may make contributions to the family.
Thomas was born in Flint, Michigan on January 8, 1959, the son of the late Leonard Tippett and Marie Tippett-MacPhee.
He was an avid hunter and loved riding his Harley and being with his grandchildren.
Mr. Tippett owned and operated Tom’s Pool Service.
Surviving are wife, Nancy Parks; sons, Bradley (Katie), Duane (Mandy), Jason (Ashley) and
Brandon (Alley); daughter, Annslie (Matt);
5 grandchildren, Emily, Matthew, Jaxson, Easton and Ava; 1 grandson on the way; brother, Len (Tracey) and Steve (Kim); step-father, James MacPhee; many nieces, nephews and lifelong friend, Jimmy Roper.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert and sister-in-law, Lila.
Special thanks to the staff from the cancer institute. Also a huge thank you to the hospice team group especially Chris, Melissa and Brenna. They were absolutely amazing!!
