Sandra passed away on Tuesday July 15, 2025, at the age of 85 years. She was born on August 20, 1939, in Flint Michigan the daughter of the late Alger and Evelyn (Strauer) Lammy Sandra went to Mott Community College and Wayne State University BSN, the University of Michigan MPH.
Sandra started Bay Valley Health Care in Flint
Surviving are her nieces and nephews; Arnold F. Foess II, Kristine Lammy, Susan Foess Corkons, Don
Crossnoe, Megan Lammy, David (Barbara) Foess, Marilyn (Bob) Filter, Naomi Foess Crossnoe, Debbie
(Bruce) Lammy Campbell, and Ron (Marty) Lammy; great nieces and nephews; Robert (Nora) Filter, Jeffery (Nicole) Filter, William Filter, Lauren (Ron) Bisti, Katie (Nicolas) Gruzwalski, Stephanie Lammy, and Ron Lammy.
Besides her parents Alger and Evelyn Lammy Sandra was predeceased by siblings; Maxine Lammy Foess,
and Ron D. Lammy.
