Rachel Tina Gutierrez of Burton and Davison, age 61, died Monday November 14, 2022 at Ascension-Genesys Hospital. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 5:00pm Saturday November 19, 2022 at Hansen Funeral Home Downtown, Davison. Family will receive visitors from 2:00pm Saturday until time of services. Those desiring may make contributions in Rachel’s memory to her family.
Rachel was born in Lapeer, Michigan on May 28, 1961 the daughter of the late Jose & Anastasia (Flores) Gutierrez and has resided in Burton the last several years spending most of her life in Davison .She loved to read and watch scary movies with the family. Rachel loved the water and beaches and had a strong love for her many family members and her Catholic Faith. She had been employed by Cardinal Health for numerous years.
Surviving is sisters: Rita and husband Brad Riggs, and Erica Gutierrez & Chris. She also leaves her loving nieces and nephews: Ashey Payne, Angel Beeler, Michelle (Todd) Lee, Melinda Lee, Danielle Gutierrez, Jodi Gutierrez, Treton Williams, Cleven Williams, Montrell Herrington, Michael Herrington, Michael Lee, Alex Lee, Izzy Lee; great nieces and nephews; Jordan Davidson, Casey Davidson, Wynter Kelly, and host of extended family and friends.
