MEYERHOFER, Jerry Mervin - Of Otisville, age 70, died Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at his residence with his family by his side.
Funeral service will be held 12pm Friday, June 24, 2022 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Pastor Laurie Smith officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society of Genesee County.
Visitation 4-8pm Thursday and 9am Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Jerry was born in Flint, Michigan on October 12, 1951 the son of the late Mervin and Dorothy (Vernon) Meyerhofer and was a resident of the Flint area and Columbiaville all of his life. Mr. Meyerhofer owned and operated J.M. Plumbing since 1991. He enjoyed hunting, fishing with his buddies, traveling to car shows and always enjoyed having a beer.
Surviving are wife, Linda;
daughters, Trina Jones and Derek Mack and Christina (Todd) Brown;
step-children, Kristine (Cortez) Stokes, Zackery Wentz;
grandchildren, Amber (Mare), Todd Jr., Brandon, Drake, Hanna, Kirstyn (Ethan), Jailyn and Alexander;
6 great-grandchildren;
Sisters, Deborah (Rick) Figula and Tracy (David) Johnson;
Brother, Rick Hunsinger;
Mother-in-law, Jeannette Crannie;
Many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law;
and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Georgia, sisters, Nancy and Joann.
