CAMP, Jere Randall - Age 84, of Byron, passed away January 4, 2023. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Jere was born May 24, 1938 in Caruthersville, MO, the son of Ivey Thomas and Cleo Louise (Correll) Camp. He moved to the Flint area in 1965 and had resided in Byron since 1976. Jere was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired from General Motors in 2001 with nearly 30 years of service. He is survived by his children, Thomas and wife Tamara Camp, Penny and husband Stephen Weber; 12 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren; sister, Sandra Grooms. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Mary Ann; daughter, Jerrianne Ray and granddaughter, Erica Holder. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com |
