REED, Robert Shelby “Bobby” – Of Fenton, age 54, died Monday, May 23, 2022 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11am Friday, June 3, 2022 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1227 East Bristol Road, Burton,
Father Steve Anderson officiating.
Cremation has taken place.
Visitation 10am Friday at church until the time of the Mass.
Contributions may be made to Holy Redeemer Outreach.
Robert was born in Flint, Michigan on October 19, 1967, the son of James Reed and Linda (Byers) Koop. On May 18, 1996, he married Monica Villarreal. Robert’s nick name was “Rock and Roll Bobby Reed”. He loved Rock and Roll music and being on his boat in Lake Fenton. He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Robert worked for 21st Century Demolition Company and Ideal Construction.
Surviving are his wife, Monica;
Children, Tyler (Morgan) Reed, Analisa Reed, Ava (Nick) Reed, and Anthony Reed;
Grandson, Matteo;
Mother, Linda (Ricky) Koop; father, James Ronald Reed (Sue);
Sisters, Shelly (Scott) Larson and Lindsay (Elizabeth) Nemer;
Several nieces and nephews;
Mother-in-law, Sonia (Tom) Tate; father-in-law, Jose (Mary) Villarreal;
Five sisters-in-law, including his closest, Mellia.
He was preceded in death by his grandson, Francisco and his grandparents.
