Robert Glen Francisco age 87 was welcomed into the Lords arms Saturday July 22 nd , 2023, at home.
A Memorial Service will be held August 5 th at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home 503 N Mill St, Clio, MI.
Visitation at 1pm and Memorial Service at 3pm.
Memorial Contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Bob’s memory.
Robert (Bob) Glen Francisco was born in 1936 to Elmer Francisco and Evelyn Stafford Francisco in Montrose Michigan where he grew up on the family farm and attended school. Robert was baptized as a child and gave his life to Jesus as an adult.
He lived all his life in Montrose, Flint, and Flushing Michigan area.
Bob attended two years of business classes at GMI Flint, now Kettering.
Bob worked as a truck driver for Saginaw Transfer and Earl C. Smith Truck Lines.
Later in life he was a real estate agent for Century 21 Halstead Flint Michigan.
Bob married Betty Yvonne Chappelle 1955 in Flint Michigan and were married 68 years.
Bob leaves behind his loving wife Betty Francisco, Son Steven Francisco, Daughters Rene Francisco (Mayville) and Beth Ann Francisco Ballard, son in law Mike Ballard all of Flushing, Michigan.
Grandchildren Heather Mayville, Christopher Mayville, Nicole Mayville Earnest and Johnny Earnest of Flushing Michigan, Chad Ballard and Lindsey Ort Ballard of Kalamazoo Michigan, Jessica Ballard Palumbo and Andrew Palumbo of Franklin Tennessee, Amanda Ballard also of Tennessee.
Great Grandchildren Adrianna Mayville, Jayden Earnest, Johnny Earnest, Avery Ballard, Luke Ballard, Aleena Palumbo, Myla Palumbo, Kaelyn Palumbo.
Siblings Joyce Francisco Chamberlin and Holly Chamberlin of Florida. William and Loraine Francisco of Montrose MI, Gerald Francisco and Carol Francisco of Florida and Traverse City, and Brother-in-Law Delbert Chappelle of Arkansas.
Many nieces’ nephews and friends.
And Lifetime best friend George Ostrander of Michigan.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Evelyn Francisco, siblings Johnny and Margaret Francisco, Corky and Irene Francisco, Don Francisco first wife Mary and second wife Joyce Francisco, Kate Francisco Burry and Bob Burry and beloved daughter Michelle Francisco.
Bob enjoyed golf, all things financial, he also enjoyed gardening, always keeping his yard perfect and beautiful.
Bobs family was most important to him, his grandchildren, and great grandchildren were the light of his life.
All will forever miss this good man. |
