JACOBS, Robbie G. – of Flint, age 53, died on Tuesday, September 21, 2021. Honoring his wishes, cremation will be taking place. A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.
Robbie was born June 4, 1968, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He attended Mt. Morris Schools. Robbie worked for Carter’s Lumber Company for 15 years, and CMI Parts Distribution for 10 years. He loved Harley-Davidson motorcycles, listening to rock music, and sitting on his porch looking at the lake and watching the wildlife. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed telling tall tale stories. Above all, Robbie loved his mama, children, and grandchildren.
Surviving are: Daughter, Bianca Jacobs (Jeffery Smith); Son, Robbie Jacobs Jr. (Michelle Thornton-Love); Grandchildren: Kaden Jacobs, Jax Smith, and Kali Jacobs; Parents: Sylvia and Kipp Sleeper; Significant other, Shawn Meyer; Stepbrother, Brian Sleeper; Grandmother, Frances Ward. Robbie was preceded in death by: Stepson, Matt Sleeper; Grandfather, Howard “Butch” May; Grandmother, Virginia Willett; Beloved dog, Grant.
