Morris, JoAnne - Age 87, Lapeer, formerly of Flint, died August 18, 2022. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Sunday August 21 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek, Pastor Ed Emmerling officiating (They funeral may be viewed via livestream at JoAnne's page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.) Interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be 11 AM until the time of the funeral on Sunday August 21.
JoAnne was born August 21, 1934 in Broken Bow, NE, the daughter of Avery and Ruth (Nothum) Carpenter. She married Thomas Lee Morris in July 4, 1960 in Flint; he preceded her in death April 24, 1990. JoAnne is survived by four children, Toby (Patricia) Morris of Fenton, Cindy Morris of Lapeer, Mike (Lorrie) Morris of Linden, Robyne (Mark) Tripp of Lapeer; grandchildren, Lee, Kaitlyne, Michael, Michelle, K-Len, Alexandra, Bailey, Brandy, Tori, and Adrian; great-grandchildren, Shane, Kendal, Lyncoln, Gryffin, Bayne, and Ava; and her puppy Lucy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and brother Avery.
