WEST, Linda Lou - age 76, of Whittemore, MI, died November 12, 2021 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Interment will follow at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held 10 AM - 1 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society. Linda was born August 19, 1945 in Flint, the daughter of Waldo M. and Beatrice M. (Meida) Main. She married Jerry L. West on January 25, 1964. Linda retired from the Linden Public Schools where she taught children with learning disabilities. She loved traveling with her husband, crafts, horses and dogs. Surviving are: husband of 57 years, Jerry West; two daughters, Victoria (Richard) Coppler of Swartz Creek and Kimberle (Walter) Mahan-West of Whittemore; four grandchildren, Jacqulyn (Ryan) Kildow, Aaron Coppler, Andrew Coppler, and Makayla Mahn-West and fiance, Dylan Hiller; great-grandson, Owen Kildow; brother, Merwin "Butch" Main.
