Neal, Wayne E. - Age 86, of Swartz Creek, died November 28, 2021. Graveside services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc, MI 48507. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Absolute Hospice Wayne was born August 25, 1935 in Flint, the son of James Carl and Carrie (Walker) Neal. He married Sylvia Kodat on November 20, 1954 in Flint. Wayne worked for General Motors as a Lab Tester for 35 years before retiring in 1990. He was a veteran of the Navy Reserves. Wayne was an excellent carpenter and even built his own home. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, trips to Alaska, and gardening. Surviving are: wife, Sylvia; three children, Linda Sue (Greg) Willman, Tina Marie (Michael) Walden, and Bradley Edward (Cindy) Neal, all of Swartz Creek; five grandchildren, Angie (Darrell) Faraci, Kristy (David) Beckwith, Scott (Stephanie) Walden, Kevin (Sarah) Willman, Jeff (Melanie) Willman; 17 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by: his parents; sister, Betty and two brothers, Gary and Jim. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Absolute Hospice.
