RODENBO, Carrol Lynn - Age 71, of Holly, died Sunday, February 20, 2022. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton (A live stream of the service will be available on Carrol's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com). Fr. David Blazek officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 4-8 PM and Thursday from 10 AM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the American Brain Tumor Association, www.abta.org.
Carrol was born January 11, 1951 in Flint, the daughter of James R. and Freda J. (Hollingworth) Mosher. She was a 1969 graduate of Flint Central High School and she received an Associate Degree from Baker College. She married John L. Rodenbo April 27, 1973 in Flint. She had resided in Holly since 1984, coming from Linden. Carrol had been employed by Metamora Hadley Department of Natural Resources as a Accounting Assistant. She was a member of St. Rita Catholic Church in Holly and a member of the Golden Girl's. She enjoyed swimming, hiking, spending time with her grandchildren, and going to Florida.
Surviving are: her husband, John; children, Christine Rodenbo (Rebecca Bentley) of Clarkston, Tracy Bechtell (Kenneth) of Holly, and Edward Rodenbo (Jennifer) of Holly; grandchildren, Gavin, Adrian, Ella, Brayden, Madeleine, and Vivienne; brother, Robert James Mosher (Sue) of Grand Blanc; sister, Shirley Neahusan (Dennis) of Burt; and several nieces and nephews.
