BECK, Dorothy M. – formerly of Flint, age 94, died Wednesday, June 15, 2022 in Brethren, Michigan.
Funeral service will be held 3pm Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Pastor Steve Wood officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Visitation 11am Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Dorothy was born in Flint, Michigan on June 24, 1927, the daughter of the late Herman and Flora (Lewis) Heidtman. Dorothy retired in 1988 from the State of Michigan after 18 years of service.
Surviving are daughter, Debbie Burns;
sons, Tim Beck, Tom (Connie) Beck and Dan (Linda) Beck;
6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren;
several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom, daughter, Tina Beck, 5 brothers and 1 sister.
