HORVATH, Terrance L. – Of Grand Blanc, age 74, died Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
Funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 2022 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, The Reverend Nathan C. Allen officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Adopt-A-Pet of Fenton.
Visitation 10 a.m. Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Terrance was born in Flint, Michigan on June 15, 1947, the son of Anthony Horvath and Joy Fusi. Terry and his brothers were the first triplets born in Flint.
On May 21, 1988 he married Patricia Brinker at St. John Lutheran in Rochester.
Terry graduated from Kearsley High School and received his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1981.
Terry loved any kind of science, especially working with the microscope. He was a Microbiologist at heart.
He loved all animals, especially his dog, Tinker.
Terry retired as a Senior Electronics Engineer at General Motors.
Surviving are his wife, Patricia;
mother, Joy Fusi;
brother, Ted Horvath; half-brother, Craig (Debbie) Butler;
several nieces and nephews;
sister-in-law, Judy Rose and brother-in-law, John Forsythe.
He was preceded in death by his in-laws, George and Virginia Brinker; brother, Timothy; brother-in-law, David Rose and sister-in-law, Cathy Forsythe.
