Yvonne Jean Webber of Davison and Otisville, age 88, died Saturday March 30, 2024 at Anchored Heart Assisted Living, Goodrich. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 4:00pm Wednesday April 10, 2024 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel Downtown Davison with Fr. Andrew Czajkowski officiating. Family will receive visitors from 12:00-7:00pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Private burial will be held in Cottage Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions in Yvonne’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Yvonne was born in Otisville Michigan on August 31, 1935 the daughter of the late George and Bernice (Schaale) Slann and has resided in the Davison-Otisville area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to Leslie L. Webber on May 29, 1953 and he preceded her in death on April 9, 1953. Yvonne enjoyed crocheting and love to cook. Her greatest enjoyment in life was her grandchildren, great grandchildren and of course her great great grandchildren. She had been employed by the US Postal Services and spent most of her twenty-eight years in the Davison Branch until her retirement.
She leaves her children: Denise Werle, Leslie (Theresa Parrot) Webber, and Bryan (Teri) Webber. She also leaves her loving grandchildren: Jason Webber, Autumn Webber, great grandchildren: Mariah (Cameron) Haskins, Cheyenne (Tyler) O’Brien, great great grandchildren: Beau (Brynn) O’Brien, Abraham Haskins, Asher Haskins, and a host of extended family and friends. Yvonne is preceded in death by granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Webber, a sister Sherry Roberson. Please share your condolences at
