LOWERY, Patricia “Patti” – of Flushing, age 80, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Select Specialty Hospital – Flint. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Friday, April 7, 2023, at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Holly Rottiers-Blake officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 PM Thursday, April 6, 2023, at the funeral home. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service on Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Greater Flint Outreach Center, 1114 University Ave., Flint, 48504 in Patricia’s memory.
Patricia was born in Flint, Michigan on March 25, 1943, daughter of the late Earl and Orion (Brown) McKinsey. She married Roger Lowery on February 21, 2004. Patti graduated from Flint Northern High School in 1961. She retired from AC Spark Plug in 1996. Patti enjoyed working as a Chaplain for Forgotten Man Ministries in the Genesee County Jail system and spreading the love God has for everyone. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and family. She would often hop in the car with family and take off on an adventure for a long weekend. Some of her favorite destinations included Tawas and Ludington.
Patricia is survived by her loving husband, Roger; children, Roni (Joe) Wiseman, Michael (Lisa) Bush, Nick (Stephanie) Lowery and Katie Walker; 7 grandchildren, Alexis, Hannah, Aaron, Jaxson, Trenton, Grayson, Ava; great-grandson, Oliver; siblings, Yvonne (Ray) Heddy, Deborah (Keith) Bramlet; and many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Bonnie Cuthbertson; nephew, Aaron Heddy; niece, Amanda Ayotte.
