Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 10:30 AM Monday. Mr. Carter will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Sunday with family present from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM to receive friends. |
