Brindle , Paul Russell Sr. - Age 85, of Grand Blanc, died October 20, 2022. Services will be held 11 AM Friday. October 28 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. (The service may be viewed by live stream at Paul's page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.) Visitation will be held 6-8 PM Thursday October 27, and 10 AM until the time of the service at 11 AM Friday October 28. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to the Shriners.
Paul was born April 22, 1937 in Surrey County, North Carolina, the son of Foley and Jonie (White) Brindle. He married Barbara "Joan" Campbell on December 29, 1956 in Auburn, Indiana. Paul owned and operated Brindle's Janitorial Inc. for 43 years, working alongside his son Paul Jr. and Adam Mattheis. He was an avid hobby farmer and unofficial Master Gardener. Anyone who met Paul loved him instantly. He was the man they all called "Pa".
Surviving are: his wife of 65 years, Joan; son Paul R. (Deb) Brindle Jr.; grandchildren, Ben Brindle, Mandy (Jon) Boes; great-granddaughters, Lucy Boes, Molly Boes; two sisters, Rosielee Johnson, Jacqueline Dickerson; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, John and Glen; and sister Delaine. Tributes may be shares at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
