NEWCOMB, Manuel D. Jr. – Of Flint, age 65, died Thursday, September 30, 2021 at McLaren-Flint.
Cremation has taken place.
Manuel was born in Flint, Michigan on April 3, 1956, the son of the late Manuel Sr. and Sharon (Richardson) Newcomb. On May 6, 1986, he married Dianne Stone. Manuel was employed as a truck driver for J.P. O’Sullivan for many years. He enjoyed hunting, camping, golfing and spending time with family and friends.
Surviving are wife, Dianne;
Children, Tomarra (David) Tucker, Nicholas (Heather) Newcomb and Nicole “Coco” (Clint) Ascroft;
Grandchildren, Daniel, Kerri, Timothy, Taryn, Skylar, Dominic, C.J., Madisyn, Wyatt and Peyton;
Sisters, Corinne (Cecile) Boyle, Colleen O’Callaghan, and Charlene (Paul) Benmark;
Brothers, Matthew Newcomb and Mitchell (Kristin) Newcomb;
And several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Max.
