PERRY, Dallas "Jerry" Ervan - age 93, of Swartz Creek, died October 28, 2020. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, November 2, 2020 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, MI 48473 with Dr. Gary Glanville officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM Sunday and 12 - 1 PM Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Swartz Creek United Methodist Church, 7400 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, MI 48473 (https://umc-sc.org/). Jerry was born September 3, 1927 in Flint, MI, the son of Harold Jewett and Inez (Ervans) Perry. He was a graduate of Flint Northern High School and had attended General Motors Institute. Jerry married Agnes "June" Chapman on May 31, 1952 in Flint and she preceded him in death on August 7, 2016. He retired from General Motors and EDS working in Data Processing. Jerry loved sailing, golf, RVing in Florida for many years and especially loved his family. He was a member of Swartz Creek United Methodist Church. Surviving are: three children, Diana (David) Babieracki of Flint, Lynn Steelman of Tennessee, and Glenn (Sheryl) Perry of Georgia; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by: his daughter, Pamela Sue Browning and his wife, Agnes "June" Perry. The family extends a special thank you to Dr. Osman Saeed.
