Mary M (Fisher) Striler, born May 23, 1927 passed away December 11th, 2020 at 93 years old at her residence surrounded by family, friends and her partner in crime her beloved dog Roscoe. Funeral Mass will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at St. Robert Catholic Church in Flushing. Fr. Anthony Brooks will officiate. Burial to follow at St. Robert Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. A Rosary will be prayed prior to Mass. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to St. Robert Catholic Church.
Mary worked for 37 years at Baker College of Flint until she retired at 87 years old. She was a devout Catholic who had a smile so bright it could light up any room.
She was preceded in death by her husband Glen Striler, children Kelly Striler, Michael Striler and Janice Striler and also her parents and many brothers and a sister. Surviving her are her siblings Helen Rossetter, Edward Fisher, and Frances Fisher, Grandchildren Jeremy White, Nicholas White, Michael Striler, and Kyle Striler, Great-grandchildren Lindsey White and Jonathan Striler and many nieces and nephews. |
