Horn, Pauline - Age 88, of Fenton, formerly of Flint and VA passed away November 18, 2022. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, November 23 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Pastor David Robins officiating. Burial will follow in Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be held 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm Tuesday and 10:00 AM until the time of service on Wednesday.
Pauline was born September 4, 1934 in Buchanan, Virginia, the daughter of Ulis P. and Garnie M. (Keen ) McClanahan. She attended Garden High School in Virginia. Pauline married Emery Claude Horn on her birthday, September 4, 1952, in Grundy, Virginia. Pauline was very artistic and she loved working with ceramics. She owned and operated Pauline's Gifts and Ceramics in Flint Township where she offered classes on ceramics and porcelain. A talented musician and singer, she and her family had their own Bluegrass band called Clover Leaf Bluegrass Family Band with her husband, Claude; sons, Larry and Randy; and good friends, Roger and Chet.. They enjoyed promoting and hosting different Bluegrass Events.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Emery Claude Horn of Fenton; sons, Larry (Lisa) Horn and Kenneth (Carol Armstrong) Horn; grandchildren, Rachel (Justin) Kidder, William (Molly) Horn, Ryan (Tiara) Horn, and Kyle Horn; great-grandchildren, Mason, Estella Rose, and Rhett; siblings, Wanda (Carl) Cantrell, Peggy Horn, Lynda (Gary Parr) McClanahan, Joanne (Erin Vic) Eleades; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Randall Horn; and siblings, Betty Hardy, Jerry McClanahan, and Mary Rossell.
