JACKO, Dale Norman – of Davison, MI, age 70, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2023. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, or The National Organization for Rare Diseases, in Dale’s memory.
Dale was born in Ypsilanti, MI on January 15, 1953, son of the late Noah and Mary (Calkins) Jacko. He was a graduate of Northwestern High School Class of 1971. Dale proudly served his country in the U.S. Army from 1971-1977. On April 12, 2003, Dale married Linda Navarre and she preceded him in death on November 5, 2019. He retired from General Motors in 1998 after 21 years of service. Dale enjoyed spending time with family and friends, live music, and Patron. He will forever be remembered for his love of life and infectious sense of humor.
Dale is survived by 3 children, Stephanie (Bart Rutledge) Zemore, Eric (Lindsay) Tallman and Amy Jacko; 6 grandchildren, Cole, Trent, McKenzie, Zachary, Anthony and Avalynn; Siblings, Russell Jacko, Nora (Robert) Anderson, Doris (Larry) Winslow, Lora (Mike) Jacko; Special loved one Janice Jacko, many other loving family members and good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Noah and Mary Jacko; wife, Linda Lee Jacko; Sisters; Lalah Blake, Angeline A Naragon, and Mary Mendez. Brother; Walter Jacko, Niece; Laura Sherman.
