Christopher Timothy Muto, age 72, of Columbiaville entered eternal life on
April 17, 2022 at McLaren Hospital in Lapeer.
Chris was born January 7, 1950 in Goodrich, Michigan to the late Fred and Virginia Muto. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Imlay City.
Chris sold agricultural equipment for over 40 years in the area - starting at Weiss Equipment in Frankenmuth, then Alderman Equipment in Lennon, and finally John & Leroy Tomlinson Equipment in Marlette. He enjoyed tractors, hunkering down for winter, and watching his favorite movie and sharing lines from - Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. Chris was always up for a good home cooked meal - Spaghetti, but most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.
Chris is survived by his children: Michelle (Aaron) Duckert, Chris Jr. (Emily) Muto, siblings: Donald (Janice) Muto, Thomas (Sue) Muto, 5 grandchildren: Jacob, Caleb, Mason, Kenzie, Eve, and dear friend Brenda Turner.
A Mass of Celebration will be held 12:00 PM on Friday, April 22, 2022 at St John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Davison. Father Dieudonne Ntakarutmana celebrant. Family and Friends may visit 3:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Jansen Family Funeral Home - Columbiaville. Interment Evergreen Cemetery in Grand Blanc, Michigan.
