Frank Harold DeFreese, of Montrose, Michigan, passed away on March 10, 2021 at 59 years of age.
Beloved brother of Darin (Renee) DeFreese and the late Dwayne DeFreese; uncle of Kristina DeFreese and Nicole (Roland) Hasani; also survived by many special family friends and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Carol DeFreese; and special aunt Virginia Dail.
Frank was born in Flint on February 7, 1962. He was a huge supporter and big part of the Burton Fire Department for many years. His love for the department led to a large collection of badges from fire departments all over. He played softball in the Special Olympics and enjoyed being outdoors, especially to fish.
The family will greet friends from 2:00pm- 8:00pm on Monday, March 15, 2021 at Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw, Grand Blanc. Funeral services will be private. The public is welcome to meet the family at 12:30pm on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Flint Memorial Park for graveside services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family in memory of Frank to be used at a later date.
In compliance with the state and local mandates please practice social distancing, wear a facial covering, and follow gathering limitations of 25 guests while visiting.
