DICKINSON, Linda E. – of Clio, age 72, died on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at Gross Assisted Living in Clio. Funeral services will be held 11AM Thursday, September 16, 2021, at Bethany United Methodist Church – 353 E. Vienna St., in Clio. Rev. Cathi Huvaere officiating. The family will receive visitors at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, from 1PM until 8PM and at the church on Thursday from 10AM until the time of service at 11AM. Burial will be at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Bethany United Methodist Church or Clio Cast & Crew.
Linda was born December 29, 1948, in Gladwin, Michigan, to the late Walter and Nora (Hollenbaugh) Raymond. She graduated from Gladwin High School in 1967. Linda married Mike Dickinson on July 25, 1970. He preceded her in death April 19, 2015. Linda worked in data processing for the City of Flint for 25 years before retiring. She later worked at Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland in Frankenmuth in the catalog department from 1995-2013. Linda was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Clio and Clio Cast & Crew. She loved traveling and went on many wonderful trips with Ann’s Adventures. Linda enjoyed spending time outdoors flower gardening, camping, and fishing – especially in Big Bay creating lasting memories with her family.
Surviving are: Daughter, Andrea Stochowitz; Grandson, Luke Stochowitz; Former son in law, Craig Stochowitz; Sisters: Pat (Neil) Breault, and Kathy Fellers; Several loving nieces, nephews, other loving family members and dear friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the wonderful staff at Gross Assisted Living of Clio and Absolute Home Health and Hospice for all their love and care.
