Dorff, Juda (Jackson) - Age 78, of Linden, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 East Broad Street, Linden. Chaplain Eric Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery . Visitation will be held 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Friday, August 5 and 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Saturday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Juda Dorff Memorial Fund c/o Sharp Funeral Homes.
Juda was born January 23, 1944 in Ira, Virginia, the daughter of "Buddy" Glenn and Katherine (Estep) Jackson. Juda was a 1962 graduate of Hurley High School. She worked as a certified dietician manager in nursing homes for over 27 years. She enjoyed NASCAR, scrap booking, crocheting, and was an animal lover, especially enjoying birds. She was of the Baptist Faith. She loved her job and her residence. Juda only wanted to be remembered for loving God and loving people.
Survivors are siblings, Bolena Coleman of Linden, MI, Rabon (Narda) Jackson of Holly, and Nadine (Tony) Justus of Hurley, VA; loving sister-in-law, Sylvetta Jackson of Hurley, VA; several nieces, nephews and special friends. She was preceded in death by siblings, Benny Jackson, Eddie Jackson, Danny Jackson, and Alton Jackson.
