It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Linda Lou Ferrigan, who passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2025. Linda was born in Flint, Michigan on February 23,1953 to the late Philinus and Isabelle (Gendler) Birchmeier. She found joy in a variety of crafts, including drawing, painting, and sewing.
Family was the cornerstone of Linda's life. She cherished her role as a mother and grandmother, and her grandchildren were truly her world. Linda had a remarkable ability to connect with children, always surrounded by her own kids, as well as her nieces, nephews, and the neighborhood children. Each child held a special place in her heart.
Linda leaves to cherish her memory her beloved children; son Eric (Savanna) Ferrigan and her daughter Heather Coons, her grandchildren; Kayli, Alex, Brody, Jaxson and Willow, her siblings; Phyllis Campbell, Becky (Chuck) Taylor, Karen (Hargus) Nelson, Paul (Lynn) Birchmeier and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother in law; Paul Campbell, niece; Cathy Nelson and nephew Phillip Campbell. There will be no service at this time per her request, a memorial service will be held at a later date to honor her life and the joy she brought to so many.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made in Linda's memory to the Ferrigan family, supporting her grandchildren's education. This gesture will ensure that her love and support continue to nurture the next generation.
Linda's spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. |
