CLIFFORD, Daniel J. of Flint Township, Michigan, passed away on June 11, 2022, at the age of 33 years. He was born on April 28, 1989, in Flint, Michigan to Janice (Chamberlain) and Bradley Clifford. Daniel was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Flint where he grew up in the children’s program and choirs and performed solos in several of the children’s pageants. Dan was a lover of music, animals, flowers, cheerleading and gymnastics which he performed and coached for many years, and more recently, painting. Most of all, he loved his family and friends.
Daniel is survived by his mom and stepdad, Janice & Stephen Baillie of Flint Township, his dad, Bradley (Karrie Gracey) Clifford of Goodrich, his grandpa, Allen Chamberlain, Jr. of Flint Township, step sister Sarah (Derek) Bowen and Cameron of Lambertville, MI, bonus sister Erin (Drake Saunders) Hawley and Teagan & Tucker of Davison, MI, loving partner Craig Elam, several aunts, uncles, many cousins and many friends, including former classmates, cheer team members, coaching students and their families. He joins in Heaven his grandmothers, Georgia Chamberlain and Mildred Clifford and his grandpa, James Clifford, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A brief memorial service will be held at the Chapel of the Angels at Sunset Hills Cemetery, 4413 Flushing Road, Flint MI, on Tuesday, June 21st at 10:00 a.m., Pastor Paul Ytterock officiating, with a graveside committal of ashes to follow. Anyone planning an expression of sympathy is asked to please make donations to the Genesee County Humane Society, or the animal rescue organization of your choice. We give thanks that Daniel is now safe in the arms of his Savior, Jesus Christ.
