Bloss, Peggy Jean "Miss Piggy" - Age 80, of Fenton, died December 20, 2023. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Tuesday. December 26; 10-11 AM Wednesday December 27.
Peggy was born November 19, 1943 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Thomas Murdoch and Mildred (McMurtry) Murdoch. She married Robert D. Bloss on November 4, 1967. She had worked at Superior Travel. She then worked alongside of her husband Bob in his business Vinyl Sash. Peggy and Bob were longtime members of Spring Meadows Country Club. Peggy's next favorite hobbies after Golf were the Casinos and Shopping. She was always ready with a Joke. Surviving are her husband of 56 years, Bob Bloss; two sons, Danny Caldwell of Holly; Ryan (Kim) Bloss of Fenton; grandchildren, Zack Caldwell, Connor Caldwell, Jordynn (Ben) Climie, Garrett Bloss, Trevor Bloss, Wyatt Caldwell, and Kayce Caldwell; brother-in-law John Marquardt; several nieces and nephews and Peggy's faithful companion Lola (the dog). She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Pat Marquardt, Thomas Murdoch, and Doris Caraway. The family wishes to extend the appreciation to Peggy's caregivers, Karen, Sandy, Lisa A, and Lisa H., and Heart to Heart Hospice including Torey and Amber; and Peggy's granddaughter Jordynn.
