Shirley Kay Jones

Age 74 of Henderson passed away Friday, March 15, 2024 at her home.

Funeral services will be held 11am Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at Nelson-House Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Moull officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Henderson. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2pm to 8pm.

Shirley was born March 22, 1949 in Fort Smith, Arkansas, the daughter of Barney and Alta Florene (Stephens) Page.

She graduated from Fort Smith Southside High School.

Shirley loved being outdoors; especially snowmobiling and gardening. She enjoyed baking, cooking, arts and crafts. Shirley looked forward to spending time with family and get-togethers. She was an avid MSU football fan.

Shirley married Thomas H. Jones on August 14, 1981 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Shirley worked many years doing what she really loved, and had a passion for baking but most of all she enjoyed taking care of and loving her family

Shirley is survived by her husband Thomas; 5 daughters Penny (Steve) Lahmann, Amy (Randy) Webber, Vickie (Ron) Purdy, Chrisma Large (Buck) and Angela Shrum (Scott); 9 grandchildren Nathaniel, Stefanie, Alison (Payne), Ashlee, Aubree, Gabe, Dade, Wyatt, and Rahleigh; 4 great-grandchildren; brothers Steve (Sammie) Page and Terry (LeighAnn) Page; many nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.

She was predeceased by her Parents
