Paulette Sue Larson
Age 71, of Oscoda, MI, formerly of Flint, MI passed away on December 30, 2021. She was born on May 3, 1950 in Mt. Morris, MI to the late Joseph and Leoda (Murray) Pease. Paulette married Daniel I. Larson on June 1, 1968 in Mt. Morris, MI. Together, they owned and operated Ruthy’s Party Store in Oscoda for many years. Paulette enjoyed crafting, baking, gardening and feeding her hummingbirds. Her weekends were filled with spending time with her family in Houghton Lake and playing cards with her mom and sisters. Paulette is survived by her loving husband, Daniel; children, Teresa (Mark) Adams, Cathy (Bob) Lewis, Daniel R. Larson and Jeffrey (Tonya) Larson; brothers, Aaron Pease, Donald Pease, Gary Pease and Roy Pease; sisters, Betty Dubenion, Cheryl Dodd and Deborah Aviles; grandchildren, James R. Larson, Dylan Adams, Azzaria Larson, Aiden Larson and Noah Morgan; great-grandchildren, Lyla Larson, Callie Larson, Kamyrn Larson and Evelyn Adams and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Joseph and Ronald and sisters, Delores, Jeanette and Brenda. The family will welcome friends on Tuesday, January 4, 2021 from 9 am until the time of service beginning at 11 am at Oscoda United Methodist Church.
