ORTIZ, Gumesinda - Age 81, of Burton, died October 24, 2016.
Funeral services will be held 1 PM Friday, October 28 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Visitation will be held 11 AM - 1 PM Friday.
Gumesinda was born January 13, 1935 in Mercedes, Texas the daughter of Bisente and Maria (Villareal) Urbina. She retired from Hurley Medical Center. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was very generous and caring always putting others first.
Surviving are: four children, Juan (Pauline) Gutierrez of Grand Blanc, Yolanda (Bobby) Carranza of Flint, Joe (Robin) Aguilar of Beaverton, Antonia (Daniel) Marquez of San Antonio, TX; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; brother Santos (Julia) Urbina; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Juan Ortiz; and son Ruben Aguilar Jr.
