NORDSTROM, Edward E. – Of Grand Blanc, age 75, died Friday, December 3, 2021 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Chip Collins officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Visitation 2 p.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday and 1 p.m. Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Edward was born in Saint Ignace Michigan on September 22, 1946, the son of the late Everett V. and Edwyna J. (Chatelle) Nordstrom.
On June 17, 1983 he married Karen K. Krantz in Flint.
He was a proud Yooper; enjoyed spending time with his family and Kroger co-workers.
He enjoyed spending time at the beach house in Saint Ignace.
He loved mustangs and was a part of the Mustang Club.
Surviving are wife, Karen;
children, Rodney (Kathy) Nordstrom,
Lisa (Daniel) Duker,
Christine (Chad) VanderHill and Edward B. Nordstrom;
grandchildren, Brett, Kaylyn, Kyle, Zachary, Austin, Carleigh, Keith, Andrew and Amanda;
great-grandchildren, Jamie, Ajay, Elena, Brellia, Nadiha and Arbrella;
sister, Lynda Wheat;
a niece and several brothers and sisters-in-law.
