SHARP, Marjorie Ann (Fetrow) - age 88, died January 30, 2020. Marjorie was born February 12, 1931 in Flint, MI. She graduated from Flint Central High School in 1949 and received LPN and gerontology degree from Mott Community College. Marjorie married James Sharp on Sept 2, 1950 in Flint and he preceded her in death. She had worked at St Joseph Hospital, Marion Hall and the Center for Independent Living. After retirement she volunteered at Genesys. Marjorie was a member of the Ladies of the Oriental Shrine and a Lifetime member of the "queenies" her beloved group of friends since childhood. Surviving are: 3 children: James (Bev) Sharp; Gayle (Steve) Torhan; and Laurie (David) Sharp-Baker. She was preceded in death by: grandson James L Sharp; brother, Jerry Fetrow. Cremation has taken place and private services will held at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Humane Society of Genesee County. The family wishes to thank Brookdale Grand Blanc for the wonderful care of our mother and Theresa from Heart to Heart Hospice.
