MCFATRIDGE, Rodger Jr.- of Flint, formerly of Millington, died Sunday, July 3, 2022, at McLaren Flint. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place and no service will be held at this time. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the family for future designation.
Rodger was born February 19, 1977, in Flint, to Rodger and Connie (Wichert) McFatridge Sr. He attended Caro Community Schools and proudly worked as a cook for several restaurants over the years. Rodger was a unique man who never failed to put a smile on someone’s face with his wild sense of humor. He enjoyed listening to loud music, fishing, and barbequing anything he could get his hands on. Most importantly, he loved showing off his tattoos and spending time with his family and friends. Rodger was always the life of the party at any social gathering and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Rodger is forever loved by his children, Collin McFatridge, Isabelle Sutherby, and Ally Sutherby; Parents, Rodger and Connie McFatridge; Sister, Amy Brink; Niece, Paisley Brink; Best friend and mother of his children, Heather Carper; Best “Homie”, Jared Glynn; Beloved furry companion, Maize; Several other nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends. Rodger was preceded in death by his son, Rodger McFatridge III; Grandparents; Uncle, Bob McFatridge. |
