Venita Jean Greenman formerly of Burton, age 62, died Thursday August 4, 2022 at her daughter’s in
Gladwin Michigan. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday August 10, 2022 at Bethel
Assembly of God Church 6029 Lapeer Rd. Burton. Pastor Paul A. Goedert officiating: with burial to follow
in Richfield Union Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 11:00 am Wednesday until time of services
at the church. Those desiring may make contributions in Venita’s memory to the church memorial fund.
Venita was born in Chaves, New Mexico on October 25, 1959, the daughter of the late: Alton and Betty
(Walraven) Brisco and had resided in the Burton are for over thirty-three years. She was joined in
marriage to Rex William Greenman on February 18, 1976 in Burton and he preceded her in death on
November 12, 2015. Venita enjoyed gardening and crocheting in her spare time. She had a great love of
music and spent hours listening to her husband’s band Country Ramblers. She was a member of Bethel
Assembly of God Church and spent many years as a Sunday School Teacher. Venita was employed by
General Motors and retired from the Delphi Division in 2012.
Surviving are daughter; Lillie Jean Trinca and husband Tony, Rex William Greenman Jr. and wife Elisa.
She also leaves her loving grandchildren: Allison Welsh and husband Austin, Adin Hager, Lucas Hager,
Jacob Greenman, Tanner Shivley, Olivia Greenman, Trisha Trinca, and Tucker Trinca. Also surviving is
sister Rochelle Brisco and a host of extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by three
brothers, and granddaughter Grace Greenman. Please share your condolences at
