BOUCK, Lois Estelle - Of Goodrich, age 81, died Sunday, September 28, 2025 at the Pines of Goodrich.
Funeral service will be held 1pm Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Pastor Bob Scott officiating.
Visitation 11am Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Burial in Goodrich Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to Swan Hospice.
Lois was born in Flint, Michigan on March 6, 1944 the daughter of the late George and Lula Hempton. Lois attended Goodrich High School and graduated from Kalamazoo High School. She married Bob Bouck on September 8, 1962. Lois was a life-long member of Goodrich Assembly of God where her father and uncle were pastors. Lois loved to sew with her friends, enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with her family and was the life of the party. Lois enjoyed many years as a secretary, first with Dr. John Brady, MD and at General Motors AC Spark Plug.
Surviving are her loving husband of 63 years, Robert Carleton Bouck;
Son, Terry Lee and wife Andra Ruth Bouck of Honor, MI;
Grandsons, Tyler Lee Bouck of Lake Ann, MI and Travis Richard Bouck and wife Dr. Jessica Sheldon of Canton, NC;
Sisters-in-law, Janet Hempton, Patricia Hempton, Patricia and husband Richard Bouck and Candy Elliott;
And several nieces, nephews and many lifelong friends.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Lola (Giles) Hofacer and brothers George “Sonny” Hempton, Daniel Hempton, James (Sherry) Hempton and brother-in-law, Arnold Elliott.
