ADAMS, Charles Daniel – of Davison, MI, age 91, passed away on February 28, 2022. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 11AM Friday, March 11, 2022 at Davison Missionary Church, 1481 N. Gale Rd. Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Jason Crum officiating. The family will receive visitors at 10AM Friday until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to Davison Missionary Church, in Charles’ memory.
Charles was born in Fenton, MI on November 13, 1930, son of the late Charles and Bernice (Mills) Adams. He married Marjorie Ann Galloway on September 9, 1961. Charles was part of the first graduating class from Bentley High School. Charles proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He retired from Michigan Bell in 1985 and opened a small business selling and installing small business phone systems. Charles was devoted to his family and church. He enjoyed sitting down for meals with family and friends, dessert being his favorite part of the meal. Charles was looking forward to meeting Jesus and he will be greatly missed by those who loved him.
Charles is survived by his wife, Marjorie Adams; son, Robert Adams; daughter, Janet (Terry) Fike; grandchildren, Troy Adams, Mollina Adams, Jameson Adams, Jacob (Samantha) Durant, Skyler (Savannah) Fike and Nalula Fike; great grandchildren, Ainsley Durant, Porter Durant, Lavender Fike, Olive Fike and Katara Fike; sister-in-law, Betty (Gerald) Monzo; many other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Bernice Adams; brother, Herve Adams and sister, Lorraine Hanson.
