RONDERS, Janet K. - age 80, of Fenton, passed away Wednesday May 11, 2022. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12 Noon Monday, May 16, 2022 at St. John Catholic Church, 404 North Dayton St., Davison. Fr. Andrew Czajkowski celebrant. Visitation will be 3-8 PM Sunday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton where a Rosary Service will be held at 6 PM. Visitation will also be held from 11 AM until the time of Mass Monday at the church. Those desiring may make contributions to St. John Catholic Church, Davison. Janet was born November 19, 1941 in Flint, the daughter of Omer Herman and Sophia Sylvia (Letavis) Erler. She was a 1960 graduate of Flint Northern High School. Janet worked for AC Spark Plug as a secretary in Labor Relations for 34 years, retiring in 1999. She married Edward Louis Ronders on June 1, 1984; he preceded her in death May 3, 2020. Janet was a great partner when her husband participated in veteran organizations. She loved quilting and was very active in St. John Catholic Church of Davison. Surviving are: her daughter, Jennifer (Joseph) Swedorske of Fenton; nephews, Wes (Jeanie) Tallman, John (Cindy) Tallman; brother-in-law, Wes Tallman; and many cousins. She was also preceded in death by her parents and sister, Joyce Tallman. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com |
