SWITALSKI, Sharon Lynn – of Clio, age 81, died Friday, March 11th at Genesys Regional Medical Center…Honoring her wishes, cremation will be taking place. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 17th from 11:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. with a Service at 4:00p.m.
Sharon was born August 2,1940, in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Henry and Helen Schneider. She grew up in the great city of Montrose, where she went on to settle and have three wonderful children with her late husband, William Hart. In 1984, she remarried to Mike Switalski before moving to Clio, Michigan where she spent the rest of her life. Sharon loved music, dancing, and having fun. She was always the life of the party. She loved attending bike rallies as a Lady Shriner and going to festivals (especially Polka and Bavarian). Most of all she adored going up North to Tawas where she played cards, sat by the fire, and spent countless hours with her friends and close family. She will be dearly missed.
Surviving are: Husband, Mike Switalski; Children, Sandra (William) Carnes, Lori Altman, Tami (Randy) Birchmeier; Grandchildren, Ryan Kemp, Lindsay Carnes, Meagan Altman-Kline, Jordan Altman, Eric Arjona and Emilee Birchmeier; Sister; Bonnie Collier; 11 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her late husband William Hart, brother Terry Schneider, Son-In-Law McKie Altman, and good family friend (Little) Larry Morse.
