CHILSON, Josephine – of Clio, formerly of Rapid City, age 92, died peacefully Sunday, November 12, 2023, at Maple Woods Manor. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place and there will be no service at this time.
Born in Flint, Michigan, on December 19, 1930, Josephine was the daughter of Anthony and Louise (Wing) Bijak. She was known for her loving nature and dedication to her family. Josephine's life was centered around creating a warm and welcoming home for her loved ones. Her days were filled with tending to her house plants, and she found solace and joy in feeding the birds and surrounding herself with nature's beauty. She cherished the moments spent with her son, Glen, and found delight in completing crossword and jigsaw puzzles together. Josephine's quiet strength and unwavering love provided a foundation for her family, creating lasting memories and bonds that will be cherished forever.
Josephine is forever remembered by her children: Gerald (Cherylann) Ebare, Gayle (Eric) Wolf, and Glen Ebare; Seven grandchildren; Five great-grandchildren; Nieces, nephews, extended family, and beloved friends. Josephine was preceded in death by her son, Gary Ebare; Parents, Anthony and Louise; Several siblings. |
