HOPKINS, Jane Ann - Age 71 of Swartz Creek, passed away Monday, November 9, 2020. A Memoral Service will take place at a later date. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Jane was born April 10,1949 in Flint, MI, the daughter of Frederick and Jane (Carnahan) Hopkins. She graduated with a bachelors degree from Western Michigan University. Jane was a teacher at Swartz Creek Community Schools for 30 years, retiring in 2001. She was a Detroit Tigers fan and also enjoyed UofM and the Detroit Lions. Surviving are: brothers; Bruce (Bonnie) Hopkins of Kansas City, MO and Jon (Janet) Hopkins of Ossineke, Nephews; Christopher (Evelyn) Hopkins, Scott (Shannon) Hopkins and Craig (Brigetta) Hopkins; and several grand nieces and nephews.
