THEREFORE WHAT GOD HAS PUT TOGETHER, LET NO ONE SEPARATE ….
Mark 10:9

These wonderful people met at St. Mary’s High School and Barbara had such a crush on Al and tried several ways to receive his attention. She prayed to St. Jude, the patron saint of impossible cases. One day when Barbara was walking out of school ,Al pulled up and said to her … Do you want a ride or don’t ya? And that’s where the magic begins…

St Jude and God was always at the forefront. We had nightly prayer and the rosary was said so many times thru their life… Their faith was inspiring and that’s what kept them together , thru both good times and bad..They went on to be married for 66 years and when Al passed almost exactly 24 hours later he came to get her..

Al had owned Kustom Equipment, Ogorek Studebaker Sales, United Service Auction, and several commercial properties. He loved cars, had an amazing collection of antiques cars , wheeling and dealing, and was a family man.

Barbara was a stay at home mom and raised 4 children. She was a dedicated mom , made every holiday so special for us, lots of thought and effort into making memories .. They loved decorating for the holidays , especially Halloween. They were known for their Halloween parties and being the house all the kids wanted to trick or treat at..

Together they loved to go out and be dressed to impress! They loved to be outside and exercise and spend time doing activities with their family!

They loved their children, and then the grandchildren even more!

They were very spiritually led and loved to give more than they loved to receive.

They were known for a long time heading the Holy Rosary Superfestival.
Al would donate the car and they raised as much as they could to support the church. They loved to donate to the St. Francis Prayer Center and any charity they had come their way.

They lived in Las Vegas for a period of time where they were very involved in the St. Jude Ranch for children.

They loved the casinos and being out.

They had a very special place they stayed weekly not just for entertainment but because the people there became their family.
Soaring Eagle casino was their home away from home! Mr and Mrs O ……..everyone knew them!

Barbara loved to play the piano in the foyer there, where she was a Special Guest Performer.

While Al loved to watch her and be so proud she was his love …
Many special people there made them feel loved and very special!
Thanks for making them like your own…

They never spent a day apart…

Until health challenges, always together.

Barbara had a temporary home at The Pine Tree in Clarkston. Where the staff there became her family.. The love and care they gave her was a blessing and she loved them as well..Special Thank you to Ashley, Denise, Melissa and the rest of the staff…Thank you to the Medical Team Hospice, you all made us feel secure with you taking care of her.

Thank you to Fr. Phil Schmitter for being their lifelong friend, and being there in the end with Al, even when it wasn’t easy for you..
God works thru you to bless many, we were extremely grateful for you..

Leaving to love and cherish their memory….. Barbara Ann Bye,

They had several great friendships with people all thru the years!

WHEN TWO PEOPLE ARE MEANT FOR EACH OTHER, NO TIME IS TOO LONG,NO DISTANCE IS TOO FAR, NO ONE CAN EVER TEAR THEM APART…
