Diane Catherine Hogan of Linden, passed away on March 2, 2026, at her home. She was 80 years old.
Born on February 18, 1946, in Flint, she was the daughter of Albert Ambrose and Caroline May (Christian) Hogan. She graduated from Holy Redeemer class of 1964. Diane was a member of the Linden Historical Society. She enjoyed reading, traveling, puzzles and movies, even working in her younger days writing for the paper as a movie critic. Diane retired from the Family Service Agency of Michigan where she had worked as an In Home Director.
Diane is survived by her brother Paul Hogan; two nephews Robert and Brian Hogan; three nieces Stacey Hogan, Julie Oraa and Lesa Bourne; two great nephews John Oraa and Mike Bourne and his wife Adrianna; great niece Miram Oraa; as well as good friends Marguerite Maser, Stephanie Shaw, Zada Sanborn and Steve Austin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Gloretta Bourne, nephew David Bourne, sister-in-law Sandra Hogan and brother-in-law William Bourne.
Cremation has taken place, there will be burial at a later date in Fairview Cemetery in Linden.
