SWIFT, Henry “John” – of Flint, age 77, died Thursday, January 19, 2023, at his residence. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place and no service will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the family for future designation.
Henry was born October 20, 1945, in Morgantown, Pennsylvania, to the late Lawrence and Rose (Barnes) Swift. He attended Albert Gallatin High School in Uniontown, Pennsylvania where he received his high school diploma and proudly served in the United States Air Force as a firefighter. Henry was a man of all trades and worked for several companies over the course of his life. He enjoyed listening to music, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. Henry will be missed by many in the community.
Henry is survived by his siblings: Lawrence Swift, George Swift, David (Debbie) Swift, Robert (Ruthann) Swift, Leslie Swift, Ruth Fronczek, and Harriet Swift-Hudock; Many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and wonderful friends. Henry was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Rose; Siblings: Kenneth Swift and Joyce Swift-Wilson. |
