McIntrye, Ledora L. - of Clio, age 92, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at her residence surrounded by family and loved ones. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Thursday, January 20, 2022, at West Vienna United Methodist Church - 5485 W. Wilson Rd., in Clio. Rev. Carol J. Freeland officiating. Burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Wednesday from 4PM until 8PM, and at the church on Thursday from 10AM until the time of service.
Ledora was born October 4, 1929, in Kress, Texas, to the late James and Dora (Huckaby) Ellis. She attended West Vienna United Methodist Church whenever she could. Ledora worked at Crossroads Village for 30 years helping shape what it is today. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Ledora loved feeding her birds and squirrels in her backyard, along with gardening and collecting owls. Above all, She loved her family, if you knew Ledora, you knew her family was her everything. She will be missed by many.
Surviving are: Children: Leigh Ann Jobe, Wesley (Rita) Jones, Tom (Chrissy) Jones, David (Ginger) McIntyre, and Ruth (Steve) Solinkski; Many loved grandchildren; Sisters: Daisy Phillips, and Glenna Ellis. She was preceded in death by her former husbands: Fred Jones, and Harold McIntyre; Son, Dennis Jones; Daughter, Susan McIntyre.
