Read, William J. “Bill” - of Flushing, age 59, died on Sunday, December 5, 2021, at McLaren Flint. Honoring his wishes, cremation will be taking place. A memorial service will be Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Montrose Family Worship Center -9453 W. Vienna rd. Family and friends can come offer their condolences from 1pm until 3pm, service starts at 3pm.
Bill was born March 16, 1962, in Detroit, Michigan, to Walter and Geraldine (Bostick) Read. He graduated from Adlai Stevenson High School with the class of 1981. Bill married Vicki on June 15, 1985. He enjoyed family time, being with his grandchildren and he was known as the family jokester. Bill will be greatly missed by all.
Surviving are: Wife, Vicki Read; Mother, Geraldine Read; Children: Jonathan (Carlie) Read, Suzanne Read and Nicole Read; Grandchildren: Dillan Read, Maysan Read and Lincoln Read; Siblings: Kathy (Don) Fill, TJ (Karen) Read, Nancy (Tom) Curtis, Hal (Becky) Read; Several nieces and nephews.
